Whole shoulder will be cleaned of fat and cut into pieces as per customer request. Product will be tray packed and sealed before delivering to customer.

Please select size of goat shoulder: Small goat will have a shoulder that weighs approx 5 lbs, Medium goat will have shoulder that weighs approx 6 lbs, Large goat will have a shoulder that weighs approx 7 lbs.
Please select cut size of goat pieces: Small size is roughly 3 inches x 3 inches x 3 inches, Medium size is roughly 4 inches x 4 inches x 4 inches, Large size is roughly 5 inches x 5 inches x 5 inches.
Meat will be tray packed in 3-5lbs trays and stretch wrapped. This packaging is included.
