1/4 Lamb Shoulder
Includes: Lamb Chops, Lamb Chuck, Lamb Neck, Lamb Shank, Lamb Ribs
Whole shoulder will be cleaned of fat and cut into pieces as per customer request. Meat will be tray-packed in 3-5lb trays and stretch wrapped. This packaging is included free of charge.
Please select size of lamb shoulder. Small lamb will have a shoulder that weighs 5-6lbs, Medium lamb will have shoulder that weighs 7-8 lbs, Large lamb will have a shoulder that weighs 8-9 lbs
Please select cut size of lamb pieces. Small size is roughly 3 inches x 3 inches x 3 inches, Medium size is roughly 4 inches x 4 inches x 4 inches, Large size is roughly 5 inches x 5 inches x 5 inches.
