Bone-In New York Strip Steak
NY Strip steak tends to be slightly less fatty than a ribeye, but still has a tremendous burst of flavor. The texture is slightly firm, and has a good chew to it. This steak comes bone in, so you can get the great flavor of the meat, closest to the bone.
