Boneless Ribeye Steak is a beautiful well marbled flavorful steak. A ribey consists of 2 muscles in one cut. A center "eye" which is a bit firm, but loaded with juicy flavor as the fat melts away when cooking. And the ever so flavorful outside "Cap" which is soft, bursting with flavor and a texture that your sure to never forget. Our butchers, will hand cut, and fully trim the outside layers of fat, so its ready to cook once you recieve it. Any way you cook it, it will for sure be a big hit to your guests.
