Your whole lamb order will consist of the following cuts of lamb:
Head - cut into 4 pieces
Liver - cut into small cubes
Heart - cut into small cubes
Neck, Shoulder, Chops, Ribs, Loin Chops, Shank, Leg, Bones
*Please specify the size of lamb and cut size of pieces you want.
Small size is roughly 3 inches x 3 inches x 3 inches, Medium size is roughly 4 inches x 4 inches x 4 inches, Large size is roughly 5 inches x 5 inches x 5 inches
Meat will be tray-packed in 3-5lb trays and stretch wrapped. This packaging is included free of charge.
